The hotel’s location was convenient for my business trip, as it was close to the main road and easy to find. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were able to provide me with information on nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a gym and pool.

There were a few negatives to my stay. Although the room was clean, I noticed that the kitchen floor was quite slippery and greasy.

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful flowers on the balconies and breathtaking views from the terrace. The hotel also had a walking trail that led into the woods, perfect for a peaceful morning walk. The best part was the well-equipped kitchen in the rooms, which had everything I needed for cooking, including a microwave, kettle, waffle toaster. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing lots of information about things to do in the area. Plus, the Trentino guest card allowed me to ride the cable cars almost for free. What a great deal!

I had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool and a well-maintained Turkish bath that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The staff were helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Additionally, the location was great, with several walking trails that offered stunning views of the surrounding area.

the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a well-crafted bathroom. the staff was always available and genuinely friendly, providing useful insight about the area. the spa was a tremendous way to relax after a long day, and the swimming pool was an added perk that my family enjoyed. Free ski storage was provided, which helped keep our equipment safe and sound.

The kitchen area was quite cramped and lacked basic kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, or oil, making cooking a challenge.

A few good things about the hotel were the nice and spacious rooms, as well as the friendly staff who really tried to be helpful. Also, the location was perfect because it was close to the city center and all the main attractions. Plus, they provided a free shuttle to the airport which was really convenient.

The negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. First of all, the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly which made it really uncomfortable to sleep at night. Secondly, the food offered at the hotel restaurant was not up to standard and the service was pretty slow. Finally, it was really difficult to get a good internet connection which makes it a problem if you're on a business trip.
